Natalie and Malcolm both have a professional, yet friendly manner and it was a very easy process. Malcolm's ideas were great given we only had plans drawn up to show the potential of the property we were selling and amazed he could do this by just viewing the online listing. I loved the fact that the plans are transferable to our buyer and will help save them some time & money should they decide to use you and one of the options given. I also liked the fact that he showed all of the extensions already done, and when, in the cul-de-sac showing that planning permission should not be a problem. I then also liked the fact that all options A (small) B (medium) C (large) already had a costing done. So overall extremely happy with their service thank you both.

As a person who embraces the architecture and history of our Victorian house, it was essential that I found an architect who would fully understand our needs. A friend recommended Malcolm Clarke @ Architectural Hub and we haven't looked back. In addition to the above, future proofing our house - in particular with disability access, natural light and optimising space whilst incorporating new unique features were key in design. We first tasked Malcolm with directing drawings for two house modifications: a loft conversion and a downstairs remodel and extension. The initial loft conversion design incorporated all of the wanted features and quickly got accepted by Chelmsford City Council. Unfortunately, the downstairs remodel and extension proved more difficult to finalise due to challenging neighbours. Malcom supported us through these struggles by modifying drawings and guiding us on how to best communicate with them. I can now say with much gratitude to Malcolm: the drawing got accepted and the relationship with our neighbours remains intact! I am pleased to say, our resubmission was accepted and Malcom has finalised the building package. I highly recommend Malcom, as his work not only inspires and caters for your needs but also gets the job done effectively and professionally – thank you Malcom and Team. Now let the digging begin!

Superb experience 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 From the 1st meet with Malcolm to discuss my potential project I felt at ease. No pressure but initially just listening and advice. I wasn't sure if my project was feasible, adding another bedroom plus 2 ensuites and a room accessing the garden. I had ideas but Malcolm came back with an option that far exceeded my expectations. With the use of a planning consultant recommended by Malcolm we achieved planning permission Also using other subcontractors recommended by Malcolm for the Party Wall and structural calculations I can honestly say that any apprehension and doubts I had are gone.
