Planning permission and permitted development:

Building regulations:
Once your extension design is approved (or if the project falls under permitted development), we prepare the detailed plans and documentation needed for building safely and legally.
We produce the construction drawings, sections, elevations, schedules, and specification sheets that your builder needs.
We coordinate with structural engineers, mechanical and electrical (M&E) consultants, and other specialists to ensure everything works together.
We submit the drawings to Building Control – either your local authority or a private approved inspector – and ensure full compliance with all regulations.
